Hi,

I've heard that you should train yourself to be able to drink whilst running for when you do longish events (i'm thinking half mara in particular).

How does one go about doing this? Is there some better ways to do it, like at race speed over short distance and building up, or whilst running slowly over long distance?

Any help would be greatly appreciated because at the moment I get really bad stiches if i drink during (or even within an hour before) running.

Cheers,

Excellent, thanks for the help. I'm glad that I have you an excuse to say Bolus!
