I have sesamoiditis and my Adrenalines seem to iritate it more than my Kayanos.
I am thinking about buying a pair of Nike Kantaras for a change, hoping that the more cushioned forefoot will help my injury. However, it is possible that more cushioning may actually make it worse. Any advice?

I feel the Adrenalines have thicker forefoot cushioning than the Kayanos, and the thickness of the cushioning seems to taper more quickly at the very front of the foot whereas the Kayanos seem to taper more gradually from the back of the ball of the foot just in front of the arch. The Kayanos also seem to flex more progressively whereas the Adrenalines seem to 'fold' separately at the ball of the foot and at the toe.
I don't know anything about sesamoiditis but I think I'd be getting advice from a podiatrist meaningful.

dear meaningful.
did you mean Nike Kantanas?? because these are racing flats....I have just bought a pair and think they are great, but certainly don't have a lot of cushioning in the forefoot because...well, they are racing shoes.
hope your condition improves....good luck.

Thanks Downunder Runner, I did mean Kantara. According to Runners World they are 'stable, yet with a cushy midsole not usually found in motion-control shoes.' :)
