You can order them directly from Joe and Angela at the Runners Shop Randwick through their website ... www.runnersshop.com.au ... they have the entire range of both X-Socks and Asics socks.

GDG....I'm looking for light weight, crew cut socks; Runners World mag. July 2003 has awarded the Asics Kayano sock with an "Innovation Award", so I wanted to have a look at them as well as the XSocks, which I've worn in the past.
Anyhow, thanks to all who replied
:)
decided on the XSocks (as in RW, July '03), and ordered them on line tonight at the Runners' Shop, Randwick. Thanks, bjs1965, you saved me a long trip to Sydney! :D

Does anyone know where in Sydney's CBD you can find Xsocks or Asics running socks.
Don't mention Rebel...they haven't heard of either!

Probably a bit late, but I bought a pair of the Asics Kayano socks out of curiousity (a pair of current Kayanos grace the shoe fleet at the moment). I normally run in Thorlos. The Asics are at least half, if not a full, size smaller than the Thorlos, so I'd definitely recommend being careful in that regard. I've also noticed that there seems to be an internal seam in the Kayano shoe that runs along the unpadded inside bridge of the foot. I haven't done anything longer than 10k in the socks but it was annoying - it may be that with a better fit of shoe that would be less of an issue.

Received new Asics DS Trainers, and X-Socks 'Run Speed One' & 'Sky Run R', from the "Runners Shop" Clovelly Rd. Randwick; not only prompt delivery, but they enclosed a card for 20% discounts on future purchases.....way to do business!
Ran a 8km tempo run today, new socks & trainers of course, and, straight off, no wearing in, a really comfortable shoe (which I've used before), and, what seems to be for me, a great sock.
Will shop there in the future, as in the past. B)
