At the moment, I am training for the triathlon series and for the Nike run in two weeks time.
Currently I am running 2-3 week, and riding 2 a week. On Friday i am do my LSD runs (80 mins)along the Yarra.
I was wondering how much taper i should do or cut down the time on the LSD run. I am looking to run with a friend who is not as quick as me, so time is not the issue. I would like to run it comfortably without too much leg weariness.
