Not long to go until the six foot track.and the black wiggle just keeps getting stronger.. Wiggle ran a 31m20sec over a hilly 10km section of the ourimbar orchid long run..At my best i have only ran 32.40..I think race bib no1 should be saved for him...i hate to think how fast he will run after he shaves down....good luck everyone regards paul :P

Maybe the black wiggle needs to review his estimated time in the 6 foot track entry list table . 3hr 50min maybe a little too easy?

i think he is playing down he's chances.i think he will run 3hr 15 to 3hr 30

the black wiggle training week.(but dont tell anyone)mon am easy 20km pm easy 30km.tues am 20km pm 30*400m in about68sec..wens am 35km easy thus am 25km easy pm 15*1km reps in about3m05..fri am 25km easy pm res..sat am 40km time trial in about 2hr58..sun am 47km long run with judo...not bad for a 55year old....and he looks great so brown and cut..like col carpenter

mmmm, that's only 270 k per week. I think he'll need to up this to at least 350 if he's got any chance of winning. :P

A tip on strategy for the black wiggle - make sure you spend quality time on the choice of hair colour for the six ft. It is sure to improve your time.

dont worry about him steve.
i am sure you could run that time on our old basic 10k course, but you would need shane hawkins and robert ware to pace you.
