The Bankstown Half Marathon is a two lap course starting and finishing near the Bankstown City Council Chambers. This race attracts some of the top road running athletes in Australia previous winners being Andrew Lloyd, Wayne Larden and Paul Arthur. The race record is held by Wayne Larden 65mins 03secs. There is a total of $4,500 in prize money with $1,000 going to the first male and $1,000 to the first female.
Entry forms can be obtained by sending a stamped self addressed envelope to PO Box 20 Georges Hall NSW 2198.
