1. I, whose name appears on this Entry Form coupon, in consideration of and as a condition of acceptance of any entry by me in this event, for myslef and my heirs, executors, administrators or dependants hereby waiver and release all any any claim, right or cause of action whether arising from or in negligence or otherwise which I have or may have hereafter have against any person, association, corporation or other entity for or arising out of loss of my life, injury, damage or loss of any kind or description whatsoever which I may suffer or sustain in the course of or consequent upon my entry or participation in the siad event. I will abide by the Race Rules.
2. This saiver, release and discharge shall be and operate separately in favour of each person, association, corporation or other entity involoved or otherwise engaged in promoting or staging the event and the servants, agents, representatives, and officers of each of them. I agree to abide by the conditions of the event as stated in the declaration above and upon literature and other material distributed in connection with the event.
