Canberra marathon dispute

There is a currently a dispute between Cundy Sports Marketing (CSM) and the ACT Cross Country Club over the Canberra marathon. This dispute has put the 2010 event in serious doubt.

There has been claim and counter claim by both parties and CoolRunning is not seeking to take a side. However prior to entering the 2010 even we encourage your to read the CoolRunning forum post on the subject and review the Canberra Marathon's refund policy.
