How we address grievances

CoolRunning aims to be a well-liked, respected and trustworthy organisation, this means that we should not be breaking any Australian laws.

1. Should any reader, or other person have a grievance, of any description, they should in the first instance use the contact procedure to contact the administrators of the website - http://www.coolrunning.com.au/contact.shtml
2. In general, CoolRunning will take immediate action to comply with any formal request in writing where it feels that the reader has a valid concern.
3. Should the reader express their grievance on the forums, either in the first or subsequent instance, the grievance will be addressed and an update posted – the operators do not believe that deleting "bad news" is good operating practise and complaints will be allowed to stand.
4. If however the party with a grievance chooses to threaten any legal action, in the first or subsequent instance, publicly or privately, then CoolRunning sees this as a bullying tactic and will disclose any documentation in support of our position, including emails, faxes etc to our members, generally through our forums.
