The Basics
- Neutral Bay is on the Lower North Shore. It is easy to access by bus from the city. The main drag, military Road, has lots of shops & restuarants but the best running is along the harbourside edges, which are fringed by bush tracks, paths, quiet roads and monster hills. Its quite a rich area so lots of nice houses to look at also.
