  • Run2Work completed week one on third level- sore!
  • Shankspony - 18 in last set. Stomach muscles almost worse than pecs. Is that just me?

YONDI: DAY1--2,2,2,2,5--DAY2--4,3,2,2,6--DAY3--Forgot to do pushups

  • Sturgis - 5 (finished week one - how am I ever going to do 100 of the buggers in only 5 more weeks???)
  • Wheretonow completed week 1 - Column 3

After Week Two

YONDI: DAY1--4,4,3,3,8--DAY2--6,5,3,3,10--Day3--5,5,4,4,11

  • Wheretonow completed week 2 - Column 3 Exhaustion test = 26
  • ShanksPony - 28 in Exhaustion. Not really top-shelf ones though
  • Sub50 - 40 (maybe had a couple left)
  • Mrs Sub50 - 17 (big improver!)

After Week Three

  • ShanksPony - This week was tough. Had to go for shonky ones in the last set of day 3 to get the full 27
