Rofe park is in Galston Rd, Hornsby Heights. It has a circular path approx 712m all the way around and so makes a good spot for doing speedwork, or if you run with a kid on a bike. The track is flat all the way, except for a slight dip near the playground/tennis court. There are usually many walkers and a few runners every night of the week, with the general flow being clockwise.
This map is good - but google maps doesn't show the park in relation to Horsnby Heights well, its a 2minute drive from the Pacific Highway.
