Heading up the hill to Rumbalara via Dolly Avenue, continue past the water tank on the right hand side to the parking area near the toilet facilities and grassed area.
Description
This is a diverse bush run, covering the dry, arid bush at the top of Rumbalara, across the ridge to Katandra then down to the Rainforest type terrain of Seymour Pond.
Run Directions
Run down past the water tank and take the first trail track on the left. Follow this trail/firetrail until you come to a small grassed reserve and information map undercover.
There are two alternatives to Seymour Pond, the first is clockwise via Toomeys Walk then back via Graves Walk. The second is anticlockwise via Graves walk then back up via Toomeys Walk. It is a circular run so not difficult to find your way back up to the top.
On completion of your loop run down to Seymour Pond, return back to Rumbalara Reserve via the same track you ran down. This is called Mouat Walk which will bring you back to the vicinity of the water tank almost to the top of Rumbalara.
