See Shelly Beach to Queenscliff run page.

Spit Bridge to Manly Scenic Walkway

9km or 18km if you come back. Soak up the sunshine and spectacular vistas of Middle Harbour on this scenic walkway through bushland, secluded bays, harbour beaches and ranforest areas. Enthusiastic runners can go the whole 9km (18km if you come back as well) but there are entry & exit points along the whole way. During the summer months, feel free to take your swimmers and stop off on the way or at Manly for a swim. There are water taps and bubblers along the route.

There is a good map at http://www.manlytourism.com.au/information/what_to_do/walks/walkway.asp

Manly Fairlight Loop

About 11km with shortcut possibilities. Start at Nth Steyne Surf Club, head to the Corso then veer right up Sydney Road. Keep going up to Balgowlah and turn left at Woodland Street. Keep going (there is a very steep hill tucked in here) and turn left at Bareena Drive, follow along and take the road loop at the end around Tania Park and go back along Bareena then turn right back down Woodland. Take next right down Ernest then left at Condamine. Continue along (another good hill here) then turn right at lights (I think White Street). Keep going and you'll end up on the Fairlight path that will lead you back to Manly Wharf, up the Corso and back to the start.

Fear & Loathing on Sydney's Beaches

This was a long distance run that stretched from Pal Beach to Bondi, but went through Manly. See the maps etc listed here
