The Basics
The Sunshine Cost runs from Caboolture in the south to Rainbow Beach in the north and includes a number of hinterland districts. From Brisbane the approximate distances are 60k to Caboolture and 260k to Rainbow Beach. The Sunshine Coast airport is located at Mudjimba, a fairly central point between Caloundra and Noosa.

There are a number of races held on the Coast. These include:

For the more diverse there are also a number of triathalons held on the cost including Noosa and Mooloolaba
