Sydney: Circa M7 Social Run

- When - Sunday, once per month.
- Planned dates for 2012:

- Where - Circa shopping centre Norwest (Circa Boulevarde/Norbrick Dr, Norwest) - meet at above ground car park, near Cafe McKels.
- What - an easy social run, sub-groups from 6k to 22k; all paces welcome. We try to finish around the same time to enjoy the social part.
- Social part - beverage/breakfast at Cafe McKels - the runners' cafe! Regroup there around 8:45am - we reserve a table and there's a photo opp!
- Contact - Blues Buffett
- Terrain - M7 bike path.
- Course - Circa Boulevarde/Norbrick Dr to Old Windsor Rd (300m),turn left; right onto pedestrian bridge (a further 345m), across, loop down to start of M7 bike path (240m), along as far as you like and come back the same way. You can't get lost!
