If your name is listed here then you need do nothing else other than turn up at the park'n'ride, Katoomba from 5:30am-7:30am on Saturday 8th March or (preferably) on Friday 7th March at the Edge Cinema from 10am-8pm to collect your race number. Being listed here does not mean that your cheque has been cleared only that it has been received and is correctly filled out. We will contact you if your cheque bounces or there are any other problems with your payment.

IMPORTANT

WAVE STARTS - Please note this list indicates which wave YOU want to start in - it is PRETTY FINAL and we have placed you in the most appropriate wave for your ability based on information you have provided us - if you didn't provide enough info then that's bad luck. The info was on th entry form : Wave 1 generally sub4.50 Six foot or sub3 marathon, Wave 2 sub5.30 sixfoot or sub 3.30 marathon, wave 3 sub 6.15 sixfoot or sub 4hr marathon. We have been processing piles of emails requesting wave changes but have not had time to process them all. Sorry.

The only changes that can be made from now on, can only be made in person at The Edge Cinema in Katoomba on Friday (details here). The only changes allowed will be :

  • Changes to your club, partner or firebrigade
  • To change waves to run with mates, training partners, spouses etc we will allow people to move DOWN a Wave 1 -> 2 -> 3 -> 4 but no movement UP.

WITHDRAWALS

Despite what we said in our info book, that all withdrawals upto 1st Marach will will hold over your entry till next year, we have allowed anyone up till 5th March 12noon to do this, but anyone withdrawing now, sorry its too late.

LATE ENTRIES

If you haven't entered yet, you can still do so right up until Friday 7th March in person in Katoomba but the earlier the better, and online better still (Until 6pm Thurs 6th March). Unfortunately there are no Wave 1 positions left but we will tuck you into the moost appropriate wave we can.
