Coburg 24 Hour Carnival 1999

Walkers are welcome!! set a goal of 100 km or 100 miles (be a centurion).

Run/walk for the whole 24 hours or get a team of 10 runners together (20 if a junior team) and run for 30 minute legs (15 minutes if a junior). revised rules this year enable runners to change sequence if necessary, each runner to run at least 4 times.

So, what a way to spend from 12 noon saturday may 8th until 12 noon sunday may 9th. come and have a great time, challenge yourself and other runners and become part of a coburg tradition.

We will be using computer lap scoring and hope to eliminate manual scoring.

There is a newly resurfaced athletic track, 24 hour canteen with special $25 meal ticket for hot dinner and breakfast plus 3 snacks, hot showers, massage, St John Ambulance etc.

The excitement will be held at the Harold Stevens Athletic Track, Outlook Road, Coburg, Victoria 3058 (behind the basketball stadium) Melways ref 18 a9.
