Next Race : Sunday 11th April 2010 - Runner discussion for 2009 here

No entry forms are needed but please email or phone me [Kevin Cassidy 0425733336, email kevinetof@gmail.com] so that I have an idea of numbers. Then just turn up for the 7am start at the corner of Davey Street and the Nepean Highway in Frankston, a bayside suburb of Melbourne (Melway ref. Map 102 C2) and meet in the car park behind the night club on the south east corner. All standards of runners/walkers are welcome. Take as long as you like (we promise to wait for you!). If you think you may take longer than 8 hours then you are welcome to make an early start but please let me know if you prefer this option. The traditional block of chocolate is awarded to all finishers along with a ceremonial "finishers mirror!!" Certificates and a CD of photos from the day will be snail mailed out within two weeks. There is a low cost entry fee of $15 to cover the various expenses. [just throw it into the cash box before starting!]

This is a low key, do-it-yourself run. Bring your own crew members or look after yourself via the plentiful shops and service stations on route. There is usually a great spirit of mutual cooperation in which crews often assist those without crews. We can arrange transport back to the start regardless of whether you finish or decide to pull. Transport back to the start needs to be organised prior to the day of the run so make sure you call on 0425733336 if you require assistance.

The spreadsheet containing the early history of the event [Pre 1987] is incomplete and remains a work in progress. I would be glad to hear from anyone who may be able to supply fresh information.

1995, 1994, 1993, 1992, 1991, 1990, 1989, 1988, 1987.
