There is always a lot of good discussion on all matters to do with Australian Ultramarathons on the CoolRunning website eg races, training, diets, news etc. It is a good resource to ask questions and opinions.
It is worthwhile pointing out that linking to them from the AURA website does not mean that any information you read there is correct or authorised by AURA. There are many opinions and not all of them are correct!

There is also a worthwhile email-list that often sends out breaking news - this forum will act as an information resource for ultra running and walking in Australia. Its open to Australian Ultra runners, walkers and people who want to find out more about Ultras in Australia. You can post race reports, training plans, ideas for races and the sport. The choice is endless as long as it involves Australian Ultra running and walking.
