Procedure for claiming records

Please understand that despite best-efforts, we cannot always track and award every single record performance - you need to claim your own records. Anyone who wants to claim a record needs to read these instructions regarding claims, and then complete the attached form:
(The original must be sent by post or fax, so that we have a record of the signature, but would prefer as much as possible to be typed into the the MS-WORD version).
Please refer to the current collator of Australian Records & Age-Group records for any omissions, corrections, disputes or record applications - please see the AURA Contacts page.
Anyone who sets an approved age group record will eventually be sent a certificate in recognition of their outstanding achievement.
